3rd Children and Youth Conference

Invitation to the 3rd Children and Youth Conference of the City of Gera on 23 August 2024

At this year's children and youth conference, we want to provide comprehensive information about child and youth participation in Gera. During the above-mentioned times, young visitors can explore the opportunities to participate and exert influence in Gera and beyond. Mayor Kurt Dannenberg will open the event and will be available for a direct exchange with the participants, as will the city's children and youth representative Mrs Wiesner-Eifrig and the head of the youth and social affairs department.

In addition, young people who are not yet eligible to vote will have the opportunity to cast their vote and thus make a statement on the occasion of the state elections in the form of a U18 election. It is not necessary to register for the event this time; those interested can simply and easily drop by, find out more and take part in the vote, for example before heading off to the Night of the Youth, which takes place on the same day.

The 3rd Children and Youth Conference of the City of Gera will take place on 23 August 2024 from 14:00 - 18:00 in the Tonhalle, in the hall of the Theaterfabrik.
